'O U R  L A D Y  O F  I N D U S T R Y'

An ongoing series of works that depict a religious devotion to that of industrialization, combining  Medieval iconography with industrial processes.  The materials used in this series follow this dichotomy utilizing illustration, inks, chemical stains, oil paint, encaustic wax on salvaged metal with reclaimed wood frames. Materials that do not usually mix are fused together using heat, fire or chemicals, furthering the theme of industrialization.
