I wish to present to the viewer scenes which display an historical and aged aesthetic, a reclaiming of the visual culture at the end of the enlightenment period; juxtaposed with those of 21st narratives. To achieve this end, I use reclaimed and salvaged wood and metal; and also photography, wax, inks, stained aged materials, and oils to create mixed media works.
